torn

James and I are trying hard to get past the business troubles we’ve been going through.  We have both decided that it would be for the best if I pursue work applications so as to meet the financial needs of our family.  With my fingers crossed, I tried applying to a few companies, and luckily, two of them called last week.  And now, I have a major dilemma.

I had my initial interview at Company A last Thursday.  It went quite well and the interviewer was outgoing and not intimidating at all.  I was told to wait for a call the next day.  What I received though, was a text message asking me to come in for a final interview last Monday.  I went there fifteen minutes ahead of time.  I had to wait for the company president to arrive and after a half-hour wait, I was interviewed.  I expected to be asked to make a presentation, but the interview just went on like a normal conversation and after 20 minutes, I was offered a job.

Company B also called last week asking me to come in for my initial interview Monday afternoon.  So I went after the job offer from company A.  I had my HR interview which went fine.  Then a demo lesson with two trainers, followed by a panel interview.  I was told afterwards that I was scheduled for a final interview the next day at 10 a.m.  James accompanied me last Tuesday and I was interviewed by the manager and supervisor at around 11:00.  I was asked to wait at the lobby for the results.  It was a bit nervewracking and the final panel seemed hard to please but fortunately, I was told to come back at 1:30 p.m. for the job offer.

Now, which job offer should I accept?  Here are a list of pros for each company:

Company A

All these contrasting details are making my head spin.  James and I are having a very difficult time deciding which to choose.  And the thing is that I have to decide by tomorrow.  Please guide me God!~
